Register Your Spot

1.  Review the contract


You will sign the contract digitally after registration is complete.

 

 

 

*Please note: You must also sign a paper version of the contract on your first day in the gan and bring an (undated) security check for the amount of one month’s payment.

2.  Pay the deposit


*Your spot is secured only once the deposit is paid

 3. Register your membership

  • Choose your location and membership 

  • Set the start date as your first day in gan

  • Add your child’s name in English

   4. Complete registration form

Parent Instructions

VAT Invoice

If you'd like to split the payment and receive a VAT invoice for the office space, you will need to add an extra membership and we will adjust the amounts for each family. Add a membership to your account and make sure to set the start date as your first day in the gan.

Fixed Sessions
For families on a flexible pass who would like to secure set days, please complete the form. We will do our best to accommodate requests on a first come, first served basis. If your first choice is unavailable, we will assign your second option.

Management Contacts

Rachel – Educational Manager

Oversees the educational program and child development across both branches. You can reach Rachel directly through the app.

 

Mina – HR & Operations Manager

Manages the staff, oversees daily operations, and serves as a key point of contact for parents. Reach her via the app or by email at gan@nesttlv.com.

 

Yael – Community Manager

Handles registration, technical issues, and general inquiries. You can contact Yael through our business WhatsApp- 053-3419305

Communication and Bookings

All communication with parents is done through the Illumine app, look out for your invite a few days before the start of gan (check your junk in case it went there).

All bookings (for flex passes) are done through the Arbox app that you will download upon registration. 

Holidays

Opening Times
Morning Session: 7.30-11.30 (drop off between 7.30-9.00). Children arriving after 9.00 will not be permitted to enter the gan. Breakfast is served during this session.

Afternoon Session: 11.45-16.00 (please arrive sharp for lunch). An afternoon snack is also served.

Full Day: 7.30-16.00 (Breakfast, lunch and a snack are served). 

Parents must arrive to collect their child and be out of the gan BY 16.00 at the end of a session/day.
